- Customer requests: date/time preferences, guest count, location details, dietary needs, and notes submitted in a request.
- Communications: messages you send to us (support, feedback), and platform messages between users where applicable.
- Payments and billing: transaction identifiers and billing status related to lead unlocks (we do not store full payment card numbers if processed by a payment provider).
B. Information collected automatically
- Usage data: pages viewed, clicks, interactions, referral URLs, and timestamps.
- Device data: device type, browser type, operating system, and IP address.
- Log data: diagnostic and performance logs to improve stability and security.
2) How we use information
We use information to operate, improve, and secure MyEthnicKitchen, including to:
- Create and manage accounts, profiles, and marketplace listings.
- Match customer requests with relevant providers in a service area.
- Deliver leads when a provider unlocks a request.
- Process transactions for lead unlock fees and provide receipts.
- Provide support, respond to inquiries, and send service notifications.

3) Sharing & lead delivery
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the marketplace, comply with law, and provide services.
If a provider unlocks a lead, we share the customer’s contact details and request information with that provider so they can communicate and fulfill the request.
We may share information with vendors who help run the platform (hosting, analytics, payment processing), subject to confidentiality and security obligations.
We may disclose information if required by law, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, and security of users, MyEthnicKitchen, or the public.
4) AI Chief & training data
MyEthnicKitchen may provide each provider account with a sibling “AI Chief” account that can be trained with the provider’s knowledge (for example: menu details, service rules, and FAQs) to help respond to inquiries and improve conversion to leads.
What you can train the AI Chief with
- Menu items, ingredients, portion sizes, and pricing
- Service availability, preferred booking rules, and boundaries
- Kitchen story, cultural background, and customer FAQs
Important notes
- Do not upload sensitive personal information (e.g., government IDs, banking details) into AI Chief training fields.
- The provider controls what training information they submit and can update it over time.
- We may use this information to operate AI Chief features and improve platform experiences.
5) Cookies & analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, understand usage, and improve performance. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
- Essential cookies: required for login, security, and core functionality.
- Preference cookies: remember settings like language and session choices.
